While working in Silicon Prairie™, a Welton owned mixed-use business park in Madison, DRS Asphalt was highlighted by WKOW in July 2019 for their diligence to work through the heat and extreme conditions that summer weather subjects them to as a result. CLOSING SUMMARY

Dear Readers,

Welcome to all and thank you for reading our newsletter. It is a beautiful fall day as I sit and write this letter to you. The badgers are having a historically successful year in football and the Packers are looking pretty good as well. As the year winds to a close we can look back on a very busy and productive year for Welton Enterprises.

At this time we have over 450 apartment units winding their way through the approval process with the City of Madison in three different locations. I am sure we will be letting you know more about this in future newsletters.

In addition to our new developments, we spent over a million and a half dollars this year on new roofs, new parking lots and new roads. This followed the last two years where we replaced 16 roofs damaged by hail. We have been very busy, the economy looks very strong and we expect 2020 to be one of our best years ever.

As usual, please give me a call if you have any questions about commercial real estate, the development process or investment advise relating to real estate.

Sincerely,

Kurtis D. Welton
President and Treasurer
