Brian Novinska
Brian Novinska, CFM, FMP recently joined Welton Enterprises, Inc. as the Property and Project Manager. His daily responsibilities include: daily coordination and upkeep of all properties, project management, budget preparation, tenant relations, safety and maintenance.
Brian is a Wisconsin native who grew up working with his father in the family plumbing business. This is where he learned to work hard and to provide exceptional customer service. Brian then entered the U.S. Army where he was a Unit Supply Specialist. After serving in the military he started a position in sales. He sold plumbing supplies to contractors. Wanting to be more hands on, he entered technical college and received a technical diploma in HVAC. He then worked installing building energy management systems throughout the country for large retail stores. He continued working in the trades until he started his own maintenance company. His focus was on customer service and satisfaction. Most recently he worked for 8 years as a Facility Manger for a large financial institution where he managed a portfolio of 27 buildings.
Brian is a Certified Facility Manger, holds a certification as Building Operator Level II and belongs to the International Facility Management Association. He is a dynamic management professional with the experience to deliver proactive facility management solutions, knows how to leverage human resources and has the technical skills to achieve business objectives. He has a solid track record in project management of new construction and remodeling projects, is a proven leader with reputation for productivity, problem solving and professionalism. Brian strives to bring creative solutions to property management and is excited for new opportunities since joining the Welton team.
