Welton Celebrates 25 Years with Party & Community Support
Welton Enterprises welcomed over 500 professional partners to Capital Brewery June 27, 2012, to celebrate 25 years of business in Madison and the surrounding communities.
While guests enjoyed Smoky Jon’s championship BBQ, they were treated with special performances by blues musicians
W.C. Clark, Ken Saydak, Jim Ohlschmidt, Tony Menzer, Bill Roberts, Sarah Hastings, Chris Sandoval, Rick Hauser plus our very own Kurtis Welton! Additionally, one very lucky guest won four skybox tickets to see the Green Bay Packers in December; Congratulations Roger Rowe!
Throughout the evening, guests lined up to donate to Second Harvest Food Bank of Southern WI, a charitable organization Welton is 
proud to support; total donations equating to more than 1,500 meals. Last, but not least, Welton Enterprises hand delivered a $5,000 donation to St. Mary’s Foundation in honor of their 100 years of service to the community.

Congratulations to Comfort Systems USA dba North American Mechanical Inc. on their new 110,000 sq. ft. facility in Windsor. Developed by Welton Enterprises, this state of the art facility provides almost double the space previously occupied and is on its way to becoming the first industrial LEED Certified Building in the Madison Metropolitan area and only the 8th industrial in the entire state of Wisconsin!
