Built on approximately 2.75 acres, the project consists of 124,000 square feet of gross building area with 816 climate-controlled storage units, two fully enclosed loading/unloading facilities and a reception/lobby/manager’s office area. The 816 units range in size from 5’x5’ up to 10’x30’ and have on-site management during most hours of operation. The facility is branded as, and third-party managed by, CubeSmart.
