CLOSING SUMMARY

8 closing summary Kurt WeltonDear good tenants and fellow business partners,

2017 marks the 30th anniversary of our company and I’m happy to say that we are coming off one of our best years ever. We have put together a team here at Welton Enterprises that is highly professional and excellent in every regard and we are very glad to be working with you to help us meet the space needs of our growing community.

In the last two years, Welton has invested over two million dollars in the multi-family market and acquired an interest in 188 multi-family units and over 100,000 sf of office, industrial and retail in four projects in the Madison area. This is the beginning of a series of investments that will help diversify our portfolio from its former 90% industrial makeup to a more balanced portfolio of industrial and multi-family.

We are actively seeking investments in the $3M-$6M range at this time, I would be happy to take your call to discuss any opportunities that you may know about. When you call, if I am not in, Paul Molinaro is my Business Operations Manager and knows the details and parameters of what I am looking for.

I hope your New Year is off to a safe and prosperous start!

Sincerely,

Kurtis D. Welton
President
